_*Edo Assembly is constitutionally inaugurated.*_
Since on Monday the 17th of June 2019 when the Edo state house of assembly was legally inaugurated few people that has always been on the anti Obaseki side has been crying from one media to another that they have been robbed by the Governor of the day.
*Question number one:*
Has the Governor transmitted the Proclamation letter to the Clark of Edo State House of Assembly?
The answer is *YES*.
*Question number two:*
Did the Clark communicate to members elect of the schedule for inauguration?
The answer is *YES* (according to the Clark)
*Question three:*
What is the constitutional requirements that validate the Honorable members in electing a Speaker?
Answer is: *Two third members of the house.*
*Question number four:*
Who is to be called an Honorable members of Edo State House of Assembly?
*Answer:* Honorable members are those that has taken the oath of office after duely completed his/her asset and liability decleartion form.
*Question five:*
Can the Clark inaugurate any member elect that has not completed the asset and liability decleartion form?
Answer: *NO* because it is constitutionally stated that the form must be completed before inauguration takes place.

*Question six :*
Can the nine members inaugurated elect a speaker?
*Answer:* *YES*
(See Section 96(1-2) of the 1999 Constitution as amended)
_96. (1) The quorum of a House of Assembly shall be one-third of all the members of the House._
_(2) If objection is taken by any member of a House of Assembly present that there are present in that House (besides the person presiding) fewer than one-third of all the members of that House and that it is not competent for the House to transact business, and after such interval as may be prescribed in the rules of procedure of the House, the person presiding ascertains that the number of members present is still less than one-third of all the members of the House, he shall adjourn the House._
From the aformention, it is worth to note that 2/3 of the house is six members because we have nine members presently inaugurated in line with the constitution.
*Question Seven*
What are the legal requirements of Proclamation?
*Answer* They are as follows :
1. The letter from the Governor or the President
2. The mace
3. The Clark
4. Venue....
Note the law said members elected shall be inaugurated. No number of persons to be inaugurated.. See the 2015 Senate and House of Rep inauguration.
Forthermore, for the purpose of clarification, those blaming Mr Godwin Obaseki online (media) for not transmitting Proclamation letter early enough, you can now see for yourself that the members you elected were not prepared for inauguration, if they were they would have completed their asset and liability decleartion form long ago thus, they can't hold the 7th Assembly hostage. There is no vacuum in government.
