EDOCSO AND EDSTMA ANCHORS PUBLIC COMPLAINTS UNIT:

Following the need to give fair hearing to members of the public who may have been contravened for one traffic offence or the other, the management of Edo State Traffic Management Agency  (EDSTMA) and Edo Civil Society Organisations (EDOCSO) have formed a synergy in responding to public complaints.

Members of the public who felt they have been unduly apprehended for known traffic offence(s) committed or observe any unprofessional conducts of officials are enjoined to utilize the EDSTMA PUBLIC COMPLAINT UNIT (EPCU) and their cases shall be investigated and reviewed in ensuring no Edo person will be punished unduly.

This is one unit that will interface with members of the public with civil society activists playing active roles in ensuring that justice is done to everyone. EDSTMA was set up for the smooth management of traffic in Edo state and not to inflict pains on the people.

Mr. Dennis Oloriegbe, the Managing Director has further displayed professionalism in making sure the officers of EDSTMA and the people sees each other as partners for a better Edo state with this latest development.
