A 74-year-old Indian woman is set to be delivered of twins baby after she has been married for 54 years without a child.
The lady who is identified as Yerrantti Rao is set to be delivered of her babies in a private hospital in Guntur city, India as doctors have made all arrangements for the procedure.
Yerrantti twins baby delivery would set a new world record for the oldest woman to ever give birth to twins beating the previous record of an India woman who gave birth to twins in 2015 at age 70.

According to Yerramatti Raja Rao doctor, she’s said to hail from Nelapartipadu in East Godavari district she’s married to Mangayamma on March 22, 1962.
After many years of waiting and hoping to have their own child without having any, they later resorted IVF system.
They drew inspiration to try IVF from their neighbour who gave birth at age 55 through the procedure.
They met IVF expert, Dr Sanakkayala Umashankar, the husband’s sperm was collected and tried it in the IVF system which proved successful. Yerramatti has since then been under supervision by doctors in the nursing home.
Dr Sanakkayala confirmed that she was carrying twins baby and they’ve concluded to carry out cesarean on her today, 5th of September 2019 by 10:30 a.m.
