Annual Ekaba festival, Ugo Niyekerhionmwom will be celebrating Ekaba festival starting from 24/02/2020 and the programs are as follows...
24/02/2020.... The women/Iyase and the priests goes to the river to call gods of Igbaghun home.
25/02/2020.... Igbelama (killing of cow).
26/02/2020.... Ogbe Eguae will dance to the palace of the Enogie of Ugo Niyekerhionmwom with their Son's and daughters..
27/02/2020.... Ogbe-Ikhuo will dance to the palace of the Enogie of Ugo Niyekerhionmwom with their son's and daughters.
28/02/2020.... Ogbe-Eguae will repeat and dance with the elders in and from their various quarters (Ekaba Edion)..
29/02/2020.... Ogbe-Ikhuo will also dance with their elders (Ekaba-Edion)..
01/03/2020.... (Okulugbe) Ogbe-Ikhuo, Ogbe-Equae, the two quarters will gather and dance to the palace of Enogie of Ugo Niyekerhionmwom. Then the Enogie of Ugo Niyekerhionmwom will dance with them and lead them and the entire crowd to Ahuogbaghun shrine.
