The Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Marcus Onobun has described Elder Pius Omofuma, proprietor of GT Fastfoods, as a man whose steps are directed by God.
He made the description in a congratulatory message via his media aide, Ambassador Ayemere Michael, to mark the business tycoon's birthday celebration on Sunday, June 13th, 2021.
According to the Speaker, Elder Omofuma's dint of intelligence coupled with hardwork and God's guidance has been put to work in his favour such that he has impacted on the lives of thousands of families around the country by way of the avenue for jobs he has created for whoever is able and willing to work in his eateries and other outfits scattered all over the country which have always offered quality services.
"Sir, you have been a source of joy and happiness to thousands of families all over the country whose members you have employed in your outfits irrespective of religion and tribe.
"Needless to say that your steps have always been directed by God such that all you lay your hands on have been flourishing even in times of harsh economic conditions.
"A bonafide son of Esan West Local Goverment Area of Edo State your hand of fellowship has always been felt even among folks back home such that a mention of your name brings joy and glow into the inner depth of the hearts of people.
