High chief Dr Peter Ojemen commiserates with Chief Lucky Nosakhaire Igbinedion over mother’s death

High chief Dr Peter Ojemen (aka Don P), MFR, the Okodalo of Esan land, has commiserated with a former governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Nosakhaire Igbinedion and the entire children and family on the demise of Madam Maria Oredola Igbinedion, mother of Chief Lucky Nosakhaire Igbinedion.

In a condolence message to the former governor of Edo State, Chief Peter Ojemen said Mrs. Maria Igbinedion's death is a great loss, given her invaluable contributions to the cause of humanity.

High Chief Peter Ojemen’s condolence message was contained in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen, wherein he, described the late Madam Maria Igbinedion as a quintessential mother, devout Christian and community leader who devoted her lifetime to the service of God and humanity.

Peter Ojemen paid glowing tribute to Madam Igbinedion for being a good mother and urged the Igbinedion family to take solace in the fact that the late matriarch lived to witness the enormous successes achieved by her children culminating in the emergence of Chief Lucky Nosakhaire Igbinedion as former Governor of Edo State State.

His words, “On behalf of my family and my humble self , I commiserate with my brother and friend,  Chief Lucky Nosakhaire Igbinedion, former Executive Governor of Edo State on the painful loss of his beloved mother, Mrs Maria, Oredola Igbinedion” he stated.

He called on the bereaved family to uphold the cherished ideals of community service, kindness and generosity associated with the matriarch of the Igbinedion family and prayed the Almighty God to grant repose to her soul, and give the Igbinedion family, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss." He said.
