Obaseki mourns passing of Goddy Edosa Motors Chairman, Chief Godwin Edosa

The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki has mourned the passing of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Goddy Edosa Motors, Sir Chief Godwin Edosa.

In a statement, the governor extolled late Chief Edosa for his remarkable impact as a businessman.

He said, “It is with a heavy heart that I mourn the passing of the Chairman of Goddy Edosa Motors, Sir Chief Godwin Edosa, an illustrious Edo son who distinguished himself in the world of business.

“Chief Edosa was a successful businessman who excelled in the logistics business, making a name for himself and growing a vast business empire. He was a hardworking man, who rose from a humble beginning to become a major transporter and excelled in the trade.”

Obaseki described Godwin Edosa as a man who “displayed the indomitable Edo spirit of hard work and diligence, which impacted his business positively. He would be remembered as a consummate businessman.

“I pray that God will grant the Edosa family, friends and well-wishers of late Chief Edosa the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
