All is set as the frontline aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the Edo 2024 Governorship election, Dr. Asue Ighodalo formally declares his ambition to contest for the governorship seat.
Supporters and leaders of the PDP across the State are gathered at the PDP State Secretariat along Airport Road Benin City ahead of the declaration.
The Edo Central and Edo North Senatorial Districts of the PDP have adopted the former Chairman of Sterling Bank Plc, as their consensus governorship aspirant, while several other aspirants in the party have stepped down, collapsing their structures in support of Asue Ighodalo.
