Okpebholo down his kneels, begs Tinubu to subvert justice as tribunal judgement fast-aporoaches

Having failed on all moves to get President Tinubu's attention to intervene in the ongoing Edo election petitions tribunal, for which APC/Okpebholo have failed woefully to defend their victory, the Edo State governor, Monday Okpebholo, was seen recently creeping and crawling on the floor, hailing President Tinubu.

Observers have raised concerns how Okpebholo continue to hail Tinubu, and yet the governor is dismantling the President's local government autonomy in Edo.

"How does he continue to harass the President with attention-seeking moves, yet he is destroying the President's cherished achievement—local government autonomy"?

Okpebholo who is said to be under pressure considering his inability and that of his Party to convince the ongoing Edo election petitions tribunal in Abuja of their controversial victory in the September 21 Edo guber, has raised concerns over his inability to get the attention of the President.

The last time we were told Tinubu refused to grant audience, when Okpebholo, Oshiomhole and the APC National Chairman tried to see him to register challenges faced at the tribunal; ever since, all attempts to gain Mr. President's attention continue to hit the rock.

As if the tribunal is a market square, where you can pick and chose judgement, Okpebholo has been advised to stop harassing the President, and be ready to face his fate as tribunal reconvenes on March 3rd for the adoption of final written addresses by parties, and by extension, judgement; until then, the governor has been admonished to wake up to the realities of governance and allow Mr. President focus on his constitutional duty.
