The administrative somersault of the last 24hrs and the allegation leveled by the State Government that the Edo State Governors signature was forged by the MD of EdoGIS in the revokation of the controversial Presco PLC property has sparked unprecedented outrage across the state and Edo people are in a straight betwixt two as to what is happening and they are asking some salient questions.
1) How many Government transactions, requests, or declarations have been honoured with the forged signatures of the Governor?
2) Can the Accountant General of the State identify the real or forged signature of the Governor? Is it possible that he has made several payments and financial transactions with forged signatures of the Governor? If so, how much of taxpayers monies has been swiped in its billions?
3) Who is actually in charge of the Edo State Government and for how long will this palliative Governor last?
4) When a Government alleges that the signature of the Governor was forged, does 'she' truly understand the intricacies and implications of that allegation and the resulting consequences of such an allegation?
5) Has the EdoGIS MD issued CofOs to unsuspecting Edo people with forged signatures of the Governor?
6) Is forging the Signature of the Governor an economic and financial crime or does the Governor think that just firing the EdoGIS MD will breast the tape on that matter?
7) If the MD was just fired to save the face of the Governor and wean him of the National embarrassment, does he understand the consequences of that allegation hanging on his neck for the rest of his life?
8) Will the Governor consider making public his real signature so his Commissioners and aides will identify the signature to honour and respond to ?
9) Can Edo State move forward and make progress with these kind of comedians piloting her affairs?
10) How many signature does the governor really have?
11) Which of the signature is truly the governor's own?
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, add your own questions.
