_Ikpoba-Okha Local Govt Takes "Men A Vaccine" To Ikpe Waterside: Community Lauds Osayande’s Landmark Achievements_

The health team of Ikpoba-Okha Local Government in the Osayande-led administration's determination to ensure quality health for indigenes of the area, particularly children has visited Ikpe waterside community in Ward 8 to introduce the "Men A Vaccine" to the community

"Meningococcal A" is a vaccine administered to preteens and teens at increased risk of meningococcal disease; it protects against 4 types of the bacteria that causes  meningococcal disease (serogroups A, C, W, and Y)

Leader of the delegation, Mr. Charles Ogbebor has urged women, elders and youths of Ikpe waterside to present their children and wards to health officials whenever they come to administer the "Men A Vaccine" as the exercise is aimed at improving the health of their children and wards

Leaders of the riverine community expressed gratitude, seizing the opportunity to thank the Ikpoba-Okha Local Govt Boss, Dr. Eric Osayande for his people-oriented policies

Promising that women of the community who will be occupying the near-complete market construction by the Osayande-led administration will give the facility utmost maintenance

They have appealed to Dr. Eric Osayande to provide them with a standard borehole for which the Council Boss has promised to give favourable consideration 

Ikpe community has pledged their full cooperation with the health team saying that they will continue to present their children and wards to partake in the periodic exercise

The visiting team, led by Charles Ogbebor also had Mrs. Abode, Mrs. Igbe, Miss Blessing Ashameri, others all of the health department of the Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area
