I have repeatedly said it here, INEC does not have any power to publish names of delegates as it is PURELY party's affairs.
They are only observers to the congress, after which they collect their copy and give reports base on what they observed during the exercise.
For any dunce to go and print names on an INEC letter headed paper at a business centre in Akpakpava Road in order to hoodwink the gullibles, shows how desperate they are.
What is the business of INEC in publishing names of the party's delegates? Only the m*m* will believe.
Names of delegates will be duly signed by the National Organizing Secretary and will be published in 2 to 3 national dailies a day or two days to the primaries.
Other than that, disregard any list going making rounds on social media platforms and groups.
Even DANO and co travellers know the list which is accepted by the party already. They are only deceiving their followers.
