It is pertinent to add that an appraisal of MENCON 24 cannot be complete without also looking at what can best be described as a “leadership factor.”
Take it or leave it, the fellowship can be said to have been blessed with a president who believes in wide consultation, a president who is a trailblazer, president who has listening ears, a president who is a human resources manager par excellence, a president who is focused, a president who is a team-player, a president who is result-driven, a president who is a visionary and a president who has an inexhaustible strength of a lion.
Of course, the achievements could not have been easy without a powerful team behind him - national leaders, presidents and secretaries of the Bishoprics and Zones and members of the LOC.
Remember the Archbishop's comments concerning the men: *"I am not just seeing the men's fellowship; I am seeing men of* *substance who will speak and we listen."*
