The Executive Chairman of Ikpoba-Okha Local Government, Dr. Eric Osayande has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki as the Governor celebrates his birthday on Wednesday

The Ikpoba-Okha Council boss, on Wednesday, said that Obaseki's second term will be a formidable cover at crowning up one of the most altruistic, proactive and purposeful administrations Edo State has had in recent times
