Bishop Wale Ajayi, bishop of the Historic Miracle Centre, Benin City and director of the Directorate Ministry of the CGMI, who engaged the men for two days, titled his presentations: *Understanding the Love of God and Understanding the Covenant,* respectively.
Quoting First Chronicles 16: 13 - 16 which says, “Be ye mindful of His Covenant always…” the bishop said Joseph, for example, was mindful or conscious of the Covenant when he described Goliath as an “uncircumcised Philistine.” God had told Abraham, ” *This is the covenant between me and you and your descendants after you that you must keep: every male among you shall be circumcised.”* Gen. 17:10.
The bishop, therefore, enjoined the men to be covenant-conscious always, irrespective of every challenging situation in their lives.
"Even God himself is mindful of His covenant," he said, referring to Psalm 111:5.
Pastor Paul Erimiakhia, speaking on the *Father's role in raising morally-upright boy-child for Christ* alerted about the dangers ahead in over-pampering the girl-child at the expense of the boy-child, calling for more serious attention to the boy-child to stave off the boy-child becoming a liability to the over-pampered opposite sex after marriage.
